What’s unique about Rabbi Weinstein is that his coaching wasn’t about exercises on how to avoid self-consciousness or social anxiety etc., rather it was a proper understanding of the true reality about myself and about life, which is that I have tremendous powers within me waiting to be utilized and be brought to action, which is more powerful than any obstacle or challenge in life. In other words, BW taught me that I have the power to live the life I choose to live, versus accepting the natural instinct of feeling victimized by my surroundings. This is something that has brought me a feeling of tremendous inner worth and confidence.
What was additionally amazing about this was how much it was in line with traditional concepts of Chassidus, which is to constantly focus on what our divine mission is at every moment of our life, instead of occupying our mind and heart with constant thoughts on how we are being perceived by others. I.e. being selfless vs. selfish, mission conscious vs. self-conscious.


Nothing I could write in a single email could adequately explain and thank you for what you've done for me with our coaching together. I think I would need a whole session just to fully explain how much my approach to life has changed since we started. My wife was also telling me the other night how big of a difference she sees and how much she supports me continuing to make this investment in myself. It also means a lot to me that you believe in me enough to encourage me to become a coach. I find that it doesn't usually happen that I'm vulnerable with a mentor figure and afterward still feel like that person completely respects me and believes in me.
